Return & Refund Policy

Your Rights (Australia)

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do.

These rights apply automatically and are separate from our store policy below.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Not damaged due to misuse
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You may return the item within 30 days
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

👉 Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs if applicable)

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

👉 Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Cover return shipping costs (if required)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)

👉 Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns if:

  • Product has been used or damaged by customer
  • Request is made after 30 days
  • Item is not in original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Returnless Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer a returnless refund, meaning you do not need to return the item to receive a refund.
